Creative Base – Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Creative Base platform ("Platform", "Service"), the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Creative Base is a platform for showcasing creatives and their portfolios/assets, facilitating discovery by brands, organizations and other creators.At this stage, the service is mainly expository and connective in nature, and may in the future include licensing and monetization features.

Access can be done via email login and validation code (token).The user is responsible for keeping access to their email secure, as the code sent gives access to their profile.Creative Base may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that have been created with false data.

4.1. OwnershipThe user retains all rights over the content they send (text, image, video, audio, illustrations or other "assets").4.2. Display licenseBy publishing content on the platform, the user grants Creative Base a non-exclusive, worldwide and free license to display and publicly communicate that content within the platform and in its promotion channels (for example, showing an asset in the public feed or on a creatives page).This only serves to make the platform work and promote creatives.4.3. Content responsibilityThe user guarantees that:they have the necessary rights over the submitted content;they are not violating third-party rights (image, trademark, author, music);the content is not illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive.The user is solely responsible for the content they publish.

It is not allowed to publish:content that promotes hatred, discrimination, racism or violence;pornography or explicit sexual content;third-party material without authorization;malware, spam or malicious links.Creative Base may remove, without prior notice, content that violates these rules or the law.

We reserve the right to:moderate, edit or remove content;limit functionalities;suspend accounts that compromise security, other users' experience or the platform's reputation.

Creative Base is in development/MVP phase. Therefore:there may be errors, interruptions or changes in functionalities;we may change or discontinue parts of the service at any time;we do not guarantee continuous operation or error-free operation.

All code, design, visual identity, logo and platform texts belong to Creative Base or its licensors and cannot be copied, resold or reused without authorization.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g.: external portfolios, social networks, file hosting).Creative Base is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties.

To the extent permitted by law:Creative Base is not responsible for data loss, lost profits, unrealized opportunities or damages resulting from the use of the platform;Creative Base acts as an intermediary for creative exposure — it does not guarantee hiring, payment or success of projects between users and third parties.

The processing of personal data is done in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy, which should be read together with these terms.

The user can request account deletion at any time.Creative Base may cancel or suspend access if there is a violation of these terms or abusive use.

We may update these Terms to reflect service improvements or legal requirements. Whenever there are relevant changes, we will publish the new version on the site with the updated date. Continued use of the platform means the user accepts the new terms.
